He has worked as Chief of the kitchen in Hotel Colina, Sub Chef Hotel Inglaterra, Chef Motel Maximo Gomez, Saucer Hotel Plaza . Also in Hotel Havana Libre , Riviera and Deauville.
Professor of Cooking in the Cuban School of Hotel Management and Tourism.
He wrote a Book on Cuban Cooking.
He received a Cuban National Prize for his contributions in the field of cooking. |

YAIDI AMADOR MORALES
Ms Yaidi Amador was born on December 28, 1974 . While attending pre university, she decided to become a cigar roller and joined the La Corona factory,. With her talent and dedication to her profession, she achieved the highest level for a cigar roller, level seven in a very short span of time. Eventually, she was promoted and was transferred to the most exclusive factory in Cuba , El Laguito, where Cohiba and Trinidad cigars are made.
Yaidi has performed in several Commercial fairs and events organized by Habanos in Cuba and this is her first overseas assignment. Her skills an experience enables her to roll a wide array of cigars from torpedo's to double corona's. |
